These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you"), and Babe138 (hereinafter "Babe138", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), in respect of your use of the website accessible at https://babe138.cam and all services, products, and features made available through it.

By accessing the Babe138 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Babe138 platform and close your account.

Babe138 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email. Continued use of Babe138 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an account on the Babe138 platform, you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria at all times. Babe138 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point.

• Age: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately upon discovery, with all associated funds forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must be of sound mind and possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the Babe138 platform at any given time. Operating multiple accounts, whether individually or in cooperation with third parties, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Own account: You must register and use an account solely in your own name and for your own personal use. Registration on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account, is prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with Babe138 or any other gambling operator at the time of registration or use of the platform.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Babe138 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. Babe138 makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

To open an account with Babe138, you are required to complete the online registration form and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The registration form will request, at a minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact details.

You agree to promptly notify Babe138 of any changes to your personal details by updating your account profile or contacting customer support. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Babe138 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login details. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised or not, shall be deemed to have been carried out by you unless you have notified Babe138 of a security breach without undue delay.

Babe138 reserves the right to refuse any application for account registration, at its sole and absolute discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

As part of our commitment to security and responsible gambling, Babe138 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. KYC verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request and may be requested at any time at Babe138's discretion.

KYC verification typically requires the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your MyKad (Malaysian national identity card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your registered residential address, issued within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Depending on the deposit method used, Babe138 may request confirmation of ownership of the payment method, such as a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet account or a bank statement from your Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank account.

Babe138 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable time frame. Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending the completion of verification. Babe138 shall not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing attributable to a Player's failure to submit required KYC documentation promptly and accurately.

All financial transactions on the Babe138 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Babe138 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency channels (BTC and USDT).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits made by a Player via supported payment methods are credited to the account balance in real time or within a short processing period. Babe138 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which Babe138 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification must be completed and approved prior to the release of any withdrawal.
• All applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal of winnings derived from bonus play may be requested.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Babe138 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Babe138 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests exceeding MYR 10,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Babe138 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the advertised timeframes. Babe138 shall not be liable for delays attributable to payment providers, banking institutions, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Babe138 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and rewards to eligible Players from time to time. All offers are subject to these general Terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all Babe138 bonuses and promotions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the specified eligibility criteria for each offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only once per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Real Money Funds are used in preference to Bonus Funds in placing bets, unless otherwise specified.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Sports betting markets, live casino games, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slot games.
• Bonus abuse: Babe138 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus, associated winnings, or account balance where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or any form of advantage play inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be forfeited without compensation.

All games offered on the Babe138 platform are sourced from licensed international game studios and operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes. Babe138 does not control, modify, or influence game results.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on Babe138's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record and shall prevail in all circumstances. Babe138 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issues on the part of the game provider.

For sports betting, all wagers are settled in accordance with the applicable rules of the relevant sport and competition. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sporting event — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA, UFC, or any other market — the decision of Babe138's trading team, made in good faith and with reference to official event records, shall be final.

Babe138 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline wagers from any Player at any time, without being required to provide reasons.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Babe138 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Fraudulent misrepresentation, including providing false identity documents or impersonating another person.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a technical error must be reported to Babe138 and will be voided.
• Operating a duplicate or multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Transferring funds between accounts or allowing a third party to use your account credentials.
• Systematic or coordinated exploitation of bonus offers, free bets, or promotions in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play.

All content on the Babe138 platform — including but not limited to the website design, branding, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Babe138 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Babe138 platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Babe138 platform without prior written consent from Babe138.

Any unauthorised use of Babe138's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Babe138 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising out of your use of the platform.
• Any technical interruption, downtime, or data loss attributable to circumstances beyond Babe138's reasonable control, including server outages, internet disruption, or third-party payment provider failures.
• Loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Where Babe138's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, Babe138's aggregate liability in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Babe138 will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly. A self-excluded Player must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and all balances forfeited.

Closure by Player: A Player may close their account at any time by contacting Babe138 customer support via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, Babe138 will process any outstanding Real Money Fund balance (subject to KYC compliance and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) and close the account. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Closure by Babe138: Babe138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Babe138 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• A Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• A Player is found to be under the age of 21; or
• Babe138 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

In cases of account closure for cause, Babe138 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.

Babe138 reserves the right to amend, revise, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, Babe138 will notify registered Players by email or through an on-platform notification prior to or upon the effective date of the change.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Babe138 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your account and discontinue use of the platform prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Babe138's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be resolved in the first instance by good-faith negotiation between the parties.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice from either party, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the relevant operating territory.

For Players based in Malaysia, these Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may hold under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
